Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope FV3000
- Basic Light Microscope
The FLUOVIEW FV3000 series of confocal laser scanning microscopes meets some of the most difficult challenges in modern science. Featuring the high sensitivity and speed required for live cell imaging as well as deep tissue observation, the FV3000 confocal microscope enables a wide range of imaging modalities, including macro-to-micro imaging, super resolution microscopy, and quantitative data analysis.
About
CLSM FV3000 is equipped with both galvanometer and high-speed resonant scanning systems, enabling flexible imaging for a wide range of applications. The resonant scanner captures a full field of view at up to 30 frames per second with high sensitivity and reduced phototoxicity, making it ideal for velocity measurements and dynamic biological processes such as cardiac beating, blood flow, and calcium signaling. The system is optimized for long-term time-lapse and 3D imaging of cultured cells.
For imaging small organisms or large tissue samples, the FV3000 supports seamless macro-to-micro imaging across a broad magnification range (1.25×–100×). This allows users to visualize entire specimens in context and examine regions of interest with high-resolution detail.
The FV3000 combines robust standard capabilities with optional advanced features, supporting diverse imaging workflows and research applications.
