Core Activities

The Scientific Imaging Center (SIC) is dedicated to advancing imaging science through integrated activities in academic support and research development. SIC regularly organizes lecture series, workshops, and seminars to enhance scientific knowledge and technical competencies in imaging and microscopy. In addition, SIC supports researchers through research collaboration, scientific consultation, and user training programs that promote high-quality and interdisciplinary research outcomes.

Beyond research and education, SIC also plays an important role in strengthening the imaging community and supporting the development of imaging infrastructure in Indonesia. Through community engagement initiatives, SIC contributes to the growth of collaborative imaging networks while also serving as a reference imaging laboratory and experience center for researchers and institutions. SIC further provides assistance in the early-stage development of imaging laboratories to encourage sustainable scientific advancement and innovation.
