The event introduced participants to fundamental confocal microscopy principles and practical data acquisition techniques using SIC\u2019s newly available Olympus FV3000 demonstration system and the Olympus IX73 wide-field fluorescence microscope.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lokakarya ini menampilkan kuliah yang disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. Anggraini Barlian, M.Sc., Kepala SIC dan Dosen di Sekolah Ilmu Hayati dan Teknologi (SITH) ITB, dan Fitria Dwi Ayuningtyas, Ph.D., Manajer Fasilitas SIC. Para pembicara memberikan pengantar kepada peserta tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar mikroskopi konfokal, teknik pencitraan, dan aplikasi terkini CLSM dalam penelitian sel punca dan rekayasa jaringan.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebanyak 30 peserta menghadiri lokakarya tersebut, menunjukkan minat yang besar terhadap teknologi pencitraan canggih dan mikroskopi konfokal. Para peserta mewakili berbagai institusi dari kalangan akademisi, organisasi penelitian, dan industri. Hadirin dari kalangan akademisi antara lain perwakilan dari Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Hasanuddin, Universitas Maranatha, dan Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Workshop ini juga menghadirkan peserta dari lembaga penelitian dan industri antara lain Bio Farma, PUI Nutraseutikal ITB, Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), PT Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara, dan Prodia StemCell. Keberagaman peserta menyoroti peran SIC yang semakin berkembang sebagai fasilitas ilmiah bersama dan pusat rujukan nasional untuk teknologi pencitraan canggih.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program ini menggabungkan sesi kuliah dengan pelatihan praktik intensif, memungkinkan peserta untuk mendapatkan pengalaman langsung dalam mengoperasikan mikroskop konfokal Olympus FV3000. Melalui sesi praktik yang dipandu, peserta mempelajari alur kerja penting untuk pengamatan sampel, akuisisi gambar, dan teknik pencitraan fluoresensi. Pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu ini memungkinkan para peserta untuk memperkuat pemahaman teoritis dan keterampilan praktis mereka dalam mikroskopi konfokal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan menyediakan akses ke instrumentasi pencitraan mutakhir dan pelatihan yang dipimpin oleh para ahli, lokakarya ini berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan literasi pengguna dan kompetensi teknis dalam pencitraan konfokal.
